The Factor of Related Knee Joint Pain in Teachers in Masan City

Abstract
Grasping the frequency of knee joint pain according to sex, age, office hours. And learning the relation with living habits at ordinary times and pain generation. On December 2007 in Masan, cerrent teachers working in J-girls middle school, J-high school, and J-girls high school were collected 152 of total 195 questionnarires distributed the way of wrigting by themselves, and it was analyzed with percentage and chi-square tests. Statistical transaction was dealed with SPSS/Window (version 10.0), and level of significance was p<0.05. The results were as follows; 1) There were male respondents 103 (72.7%), female respondents 39 (27.3%), the most age was 40-49. The most height was 170-179 cm in male respondents and 160-169 cm in female respondents. The most weight was 60-69 kg in male and 50-59 kg in female. The most educational career was 11-20 yr in male and 21-25 yr in female, and the most school hours in week was 16- 20 hr in both male and female. 2) The experience of pain is not related to sex, age, height, weight, and school hours in week to come to pass pain. 3) As an educational career increased at man and woman all, the relevance with an experience of a pain and an educational career pain occurrence ratio comparatively tended to be high. 4) As the result of having investigated the relevance with exercise and pain, people (pain 30.9%) who regularly work out have less pain than people (pain 68%, 31.3%) who irregularly have exercise (p<0.05). 5) As the result of having investigated the relevance with stress and pain, the most painful age was 40-49 yr old. As frequency of stress is increased, and a pain occurred more. 6) As the result of having investigated the relevance with a traffic means and pain, people (53.7%) who use private cars have more pain than people (34.7%) who use the public transportation system and people (16.7%) who walk and around.
